Associate Editor of IEEE ACCESS. Published 35 peer-reviewed papers and holds over 150 invention patents. Recipient of the ICCAS Best Paper Award and the Outstanding Research Scholar Award from the Chinese Embassy in South Korea. Extensive expertise in SLAM, path planning, and sensor fusion, with proven track records in both technical research and mass-produced product R&D. Joined the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2018 as an Associate Researcher under the Spring Buds Talents Program, serving as M.S. Supervisor at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and selected into Ningbo's Overseas High-Level Innovation Talents Program. In 2020, designated as a Shenzhen Overseas High-Level Talent (Category C), and appointed Deputy Director of the Guangdong and Shenzhen Service Robot Engineering Technology Research Centers, as well as Technical Review Expert for the Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission and Science and Technology Innovation Commission. Proven experience in building R&D teams from scratch (600+ personnel), leading IPD process deployment with end-to-end quality control, mass-producing 1M+ household robotic vacuum cleaners and 100K+ commercial service robots, and raising over RMB 1 billion in financing.
